How your information is used

Life Mode, operated by Jenkin Lee, collects only the information needed to save your Training Colour result and respond if you choose to make an enquiry.

Information collected

Your first name, email address, quiz answers, calculated colour result, the poster location you came from, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional fitness guidance.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to save your quiz result, understand interest in Life Mode coaching and respond to your enquiry. Promotional fitness emails will only be sent when you actively select the optional marketing box.

Where it is stored

Quiz submissions are recorded using Google services. The website is hosted using Netlify and consultation bookings are handled through Zoom Scheduler. These providers may process the technical information needed to run their services.

How long it is kept

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose above, or until you ask for it to be deleted where applicable.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a marketing choice at any time. Contact Jenkin through the Life Mode consultation page.
